Peer Review Policy

Each manuscript submitted to AIra undergoes a blind peer review by at least two reviewers within a four-week timeframe.

Initially, all submissions are subject to a similarity check. The manuscript is immediately rejected without review if the similarity index exceeds 20%. However, if the similarity level remains below 20%, the editor assigns at least three reviewers to evaluate the manuscript. Once reviewer reports are received, the paper is accepted if no revisions are suggested. If modifications are required, the authors must revise their manuscript according to the reviewers’ comments, highlight the changes, and submit it alongside a response letter. Based on the reviewers ' assessments, the editor and associate editors determine the final decision—acceptance or rejection. A minimum of two positive recommendations is necessary for acceptance.

Authors receive an official notification regarding the acceptance or rejection of their paper, along with reviewer feedback. Accepted articles are published following the queue of approved papers.
